Magpie Tales

"Magpie Tales" is the first prose work by the outstanding Russian writer Alexei Tolstoy. These are originally the author's own, "Tolstoyan" tales, neither translated nor retold.
Thanks to Evgeniya Lotsmanova's unique illustrations, executed in the technique of color lithography, the book represents one of the best combinations of illustrations and text.
