Treasure under the old oak tree

The heroes of Sofya Prokofyeva's books are ordinary children who find themselves in incredible stories. Alyoshka from "The Treasure Under the Old Oak" met Madame Greed herself, who showered him with candies, gave him a new bicycle, and promised so much more! And Sashka from "The Secret of the Forgotten Attic" found a spell in the Magical Encyclopedia that turned his lies into truth and a failing grade in his diary into an excellent one. But, of course, it's not that simple, and the children will have to realize that friends are more important than any treasure, and telling the truth isn't so scary after all.
