Uncle Fyodor decided to build an amusement park in Prostokvashino to attract tourists to his beloved village. They thought they needed their own ghost—and it turned out there was one! Someone had seen it; it was even written about in newspapers... And the other residents of Prostokvashino weren't idle either: Matroskin the cat decided to breed ostriches, and Pechkin bought a dog and named it Kashtanka.
