Elvira Alekhina is a metaphorist, certified specialist, and author of metaphorical associative cards, online marathons, insight programs, and courses on working with MAC.
Metaphorical associative cards are a powerful tool for self-knowledge. This deck is intended for those who are ready to face their fears and negative emotions.
The deck invites you to a dialogue with yourself and to gain freedom from binding limitations and traumas by discovering suppressed emotions, feelings, and reactions within yourself and transforming all this baggage into something conscious and manageable.
To create a better future, we must admit to ourselves what we don't like about our past and present. The MAC "Facing Fear" will help you confront the root cause of your problems and find a path to healing. It's time to become yourself! Includes: • 80 metaphorical associative cards; • instructions with methodological recommendations and questions.
