Goshka the wolf cub

The parents of inquisitive teenager Goshka go to Brazil in search of rare plants, entrusting their son for the entire holidays to his grandfather, who is far away in Siberia, observing animal habits. Goshka arrives at the Biostation and fully immerses himself in a new, incredibly exciting life. He manages to establish close contact with the she-wolf Donna, and he conducts truly scientific observations of her behavior.
As often happens in life, Goshka immediately acquires rivals, or rather, envious ones. After all, the beautiful girl Tanya is fond of Goshka. Throughout the book, they play tricks on Goshka, and quite significant ones at that — for example, they lead him into the taiga and abandon him there without a compass.

Intrigue is also added by a mysterious figure, the forest spirit Georgiy. Thanks to his amazing abilities, the third part of the book is simply a bombshell. Goshka temporarily turns into a wolf cub and experiences the life of these predators and other inhabitants from the inside, as it were. Moreover, after a tumultuous life in the form of a beast, he returns to the Biostation not only with valuable knowledge but also with a newly found sister, who is the spitting image of Goshka but at times resembles a fox.
