Henry and Beezus

More than anything, Henry Huggins dreams of a bicycle — a bright red one, with a shiny frame and a leather seat from "Bicycle Heaven" shop. Since money doesn't grow on trees, Henry tries every possible way to earn it. He's helped by Beezus Quimby, his friend and neighbor from Klickitat Street. Alas, not everything goes smoothly for Henry: selling gum in the schoolyard results in a conversation with the principal; at a used bicycle auction, Beezus's younger sister Ramona gets lost; participating in a lottery at a department store opening brings Henry nothing but disappointment. It's a good thing Beezus is nearby, someone he can always rely on. Of course, unless it's about choosing a bicycle!
