Connie's Story Collection is a winter book that will help your child become better in the New Year. Together with Connie, your little one will decorate the Christmas tree, go skiing, build a snowman, and learn to bake delicious pancakes! They will also learn how to make new friends and be independent.
Inside, you'll find four stories:
"Connie Goes Skiing" — will help master a new winter sport.
"Connie Bakes Pancakes" — will help diversify winter leisure at home.
"Connie Celebrates New Year" — will create a New Year's mood.
"Connie and the First Snow" — will help come up with games for a winter walk.
A guide for parents, or What can you do with this book?
Awaken interest in reading
Little ones are so impatient; they always want to turn the page quickly without finishing reading. In Connie's books, there are illustrations on every page, and they perfectly match the text. Your little one will be able to read the story from the pictures. Teach your child to read with Connie!
Practice speech
Have you examined all the illustrations? Ask your little one to describe what is happening in the pictures. Here's Connie and her friends sliding down a big hill. Where is her friend Lena? And where is Max, who Connie almost bumped into? Develop speech and imagination with Connie.
Train memory
Have you already read the story? Then close the book and ask your little one to recall what the stories were about. How did the children play in the kindergarten in winter? And what did Connie want for a New Year's gift? Did Mom like the pancakes the children made? Let's develop memory with Connie.
About the series
For 20 years, children all over the world have been growing up with Connie — a kind girl in a funny striped T-shirt.
These are everyday stories that will help your child become independent, sociable, and curious. The series covers all life skills that a child encounters while growing up, from 3 to 14 years old.
By associating with the main character, the child lives through her story, learns, and explores the world.
